Welcome to our mountain playground

Jack & Linda Hubbard

Way back in Brighton, we founded a marketing agency (Propellernet) and two software companies (CoverageBook and AnswerThePublic.com). We built our success on the principle of making life better for our team. A circular engine of profitability in service of a happy workplace.

In 2014 we followed our dream and moved to the French Alps.

Inspired by the magic of these mountains we began inviting entrepreneurs, along with their companies and communities to come and visit.

We’ve done accelerators, slow downs, uplifts and resets. We’ve hosted climate change camps, film making retreats, mindful walk-shops, music festivals and shareholder reckonings.

We’ve explored every trail, forest and summit, cycled the skylines, skied the powder and rafted the whitewater.

All washed down with mulled wine and hot cheese before a hop, skip and jump through the jacuzzi, sauna and lake. Then all back to the chalet for some fireside conversation.

We love sharing our world and helping others experience magic moments to bottle up and take home.

We’re not here to serve the corporate business as usual crowd. We’re here to support those looking to make a positive change in their life, in their work or in the wider world.

We design gatherings in service of good things.

Think of us as concierge to your second home in the mountains.

A year in Morillon...

As well as organising adventurous gatherings we’re chipping away at establishing a permanent rebel base in Dream Valley.

We purchased a run down property in the centre of our village in 2023 and have been jumping through administrative hoops ever since. French style. Nice and slow like an escargot.

Ever the optimists we thought it would be simple, but we recently realised we are trying to do something that has never been done before.

A community clubhouse for purpose driven entrepreneurs in a small alpine village?

Changing the structure of a building that will be open to the public?

Changing the use of a building?

It’s an eggshell minefield and were all over it. Such rookies.

Please join us in celebrating the small wins as we inch forward towards our audacious goal.

It’s an unfolding story told via occasional updates to our WhatsApp news channel.

When thinking about the mountains, most people think of winter and a few think of summer.

But the best seasons by far are spring and autumn. When the crowds disperse and nature takes centre stage.

Come visit and we’ll show you around.
