House Rules

Think of the clubhouse as your second home. A shared home where everyone helps make it a good place to spend time.

Leave it as you found it
Look after the furniture and equipment, clear your workspace and leave the kitchen, bathrooms and meeting rooms tidy. Wash your cups and plates or put them in the dishwasher.

Good company, considerate neighbours
Conversation is encouraged, but be mindful of others and keep calls at a considerate volume. Use headphones for noise cancelling, music and videos.

Help yourself
Tea and coffee are included. Feel free to use the kitchen for sandwiches, soup or other simple food. Clean up afterwards and take food home when you leave.

Meeting rooms
Feel free to work in the meeting rooms when they’re available, but give way to bookings. To reserve a room, [book here].

Guests
Guests are welcome for a quick coffee or short meeting, but anyone staying longer needs their own pass.

Access
Your door code is personal and valid for your booked access period. Please don’t share it or let people you don’t know into the building.

Private events
The Clubhouse may occasionally be booked for a private event. We’ll give you advance notice when access will be affected.

Last to leave?
Please leave things tidy, switch off the lights and make sure the door is securely closed.
